We produce an organic wine from the vines that Florian pampers by taking care of the health of the soil. Mathilde is in charge of the manual work but she also works in the cellar and the winery. Here, the wine is full of personality. Choose the Tout naturellement pétillant, a gourmand and pink wine or the Tout naturellement macéré, an orange wine with an expressive nose and a dry mouth.

It is in this 14 ha estate that you can taste the traditional wines of Rémy and his wife Annie and the natural wines (without added sulfites) of Léo, their son, who vinifies his own vintages. Certified organic since 2020 and without chemicals in the vineyards since 2017, here we respect the vine and the land! We love one of Léo's wines: Bulles 2022, a natural sparkling wine, a blend of sylvaner, muscat and riesling with fine, juicy and easily digestible bubbles! A big yes!
