The table of Patrick Gauthier (1 Michelin star) is an experience in itself, combining inventiveness and great poetry. On the Lucullus menu (€95): after a few appetizers, a scallop, yuzu and vegetable caviar with French lisaqua prawns in fresh corn. This is followed by sweetbreads, wild mushrooms and a tasty coastal peach with beet risotto. And, of course, we finish off with some delicious desserts of the moment. Exceptional! Patrick Gauthier also runs Au Crieur de vin downtown.

On a testé le menu expérience pour nos 20 ans de mariage et nous n'avons pas été déçu, de l'entrée aux desserts c'était parfait.
Équipe très sympa.
Certains plats légèrement trop salés pour notre palais mais nous nous sommes régalés.
Le service est chaleureux et le personnel absolument sympathique.
Cerise sur le gâteau, nous sommes repartis avec un petit cadeau ( on laisse la surprise aux autres)
