Domaine Fahrer: Alsace wines between Rorschwihr and Saint-Hippolyte: Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Noir and charming guest rooms.

This family business has 9.5 hectares of vines between the communes of Rorschwihr and Saint-Hippolyte. The wines are mostly young. There is, for example, a magnificent Riesling Le Vin du Jardin 2021 (a must with oysters or sauerkraut) and a sublime Muscat " Le Chant des Oiseaux " 2022 : powerful and greedy, a marvel with spring asparagus. Don't miss out on the Amour Éternel Rouge de Saint-Hippolyte 2021 Pinot Noir, aged in Burgundy barrels: toasty vanilla and tannins. 5 charming rooms for visiting guests.

On nous a offert une dégustation de vin + une nuitée dans ce domaine et nous en revenons ravis ! L'accueil est agréable, la chambre propre, fonctionnelle et calme. Nous avons réellement apprécié la dégustation gourmande, ainsi que d'autres vins proposés... Goutu et professionnel ! Vive l'Alsace et ses délices !
