Domaine Fahrer: Alsace wines between Rorschwihr and Saint-Hippolyte: Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Noir and charming guest rooms.

This family business has 9.5 hectares of vines between the communes of Rorschwihr and Saint-Hippolyte. The wines are mostly young. There is, for example, a magnificent Riesling Le Vin du Jardin 2021 (a must with oysters or sauerkraut) and a sublime Muscat " Le Chant des Oiseaux " 2022 : powerful and greedy, a marvel with spring asparagus. Don't miss out on the Amour Éternel Rouge de Saint-Hippolyte 2021 Pinot Noir, aged in Burgundy barrels: toasty vanilla and tannins. 5 charming rooms for visiting guests.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille, les chambres sont spacieuses ,le petit déjeuner est délicieux servi dans une pièce typique alsacienne.
Le personnel est au top, et le vin est délicieux nous gardons bien l'adresse pour pouvoir y retourner.merci a tous

Une très belle découverte au salon des vignerons indépendants de Bordeaux. Expatriés alsaciens en Gironde ???? nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la qualité des vins proposés. Les pinots blancs et les pinots gris, notamment, sont fabuleux !!!

We hebben de wijnproeverij gedaan. Dat viel niet tegen. Vooral de gewürztraumer was bij ons favoriet en niet te vergeten, de pinot Noir. We hebben wat flesjes meegenomen na afloop.
