Domaine Fahrer: Alsace wines between Rorschwihr and Saint-Hippolyte: Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Noir and charming guest rooms.

This family business has 9.5 hectares of vines between the communes of Rorschwihr and Saint-Hippolyte. The wines are mostly young. There is, for example, a magnificent Riesling Le Vin du Jardin 2021 (a must with oysters or sauerkraut) and a sublime Muscat " Le Chant des Oiseaux " 2022 : powerful and greedy, a marvel with spring asparagus. Don't miss out on the Amour Éternel Rouge de Saint-Hippolyte 2021 Pinot Noir, aged in Burgundy barrels: toasty vanilla and tannins. 5 charming rooms for visiting guests.

They produce really great Alsace wines. All Bio. Offerings free tasting. Also paid tours through their cellars. All wines and cremants are reasonable priced and very high quality.
