Agroecological Alsace wines, Geissberg and Schlossreben terroirs, HVE, Terra Vitis, artisanal cuvées and hand-picked grapes.

HVE and Terra Vitis certifications, agroecology... Huber and Bléger cultivate 30 hectares of sandy-granitic soil with a deep respect for the vines and the soil. Fresh and floral wines on the Geissberg and the Burgreben, exceptional Riesling on the Schlossreben. Manual harvesting and stainless steel vats in order to best serve the aromas of each grape variety. The only exception: the Saint-Hippolyte Rouge, aged 12 months in oak barrels (test the 2021 vintage). Nice award in April 2019: the 2016 Riesling Grande Réserve elected "best dry white wine in the world" (Vinofed award).

Très bon accueil dans ce beau domaine. Dégustations sur place des excellents vins que j'apprécie depuis plusieurs années et ceci avec les conseils compétents et sympathiques de Mme Huber.
