For thirty years, Véronique and Auguste Klein have been whispering in the vineyard's ear. HVE-labeled winemakers and gardeners of the wild, they let the grass grow and watch over a rare orchid, the secret radiance of their plots. Their vines flourish on three Alsace soils: Saint-Hippolyte, granite and pinot; Rorschwihr, heavy and gewurztramined; Scherwiller, mineral and rieslingué. And to bubble? A crémant. And to sleep? A cocoon gîte for two, where time slows down, like the wine, to be savoured more fully.
