In a superbly renovated cellar, this maturing cellar is marked by a wooden sign showing a stork holding a cheese in its beak! Paved and vaulted, it is decorated with barrels dressed in cowhide, milk cans or venerable flail scales. In addition to home-made preserves and pâtés in terrines, it includes a drying area for sausages and a display full of Alsatian wines. You will also be able to taste various artisanal cheeses.

Un vendeur qui n’y connaît rien, qui nous a vendu du « fromage fermier » pensant que c’était du munster, au prix de 15€ tout de même !! Il nous les a changé quand nous sommes revenus après s’en être aperçus, mais nous soutenait que c’était la même chose
Et en plus de cela, le munster n’a aucun goût
Un beau piège à touriste ????
Tellement bien affinés ces fromages, ce qui explique le prix élevé mais totalement justifié.
Le chef affineur, est d'une gentillesse à toute épreuve et vous aiguillera dans vos choix avec justesse.
Quelques délicieux vous attendent aussi...extra????
