Since the 16th century, the Dopff and Irion families have watched over an Alsatian treasure: an exceptional vineyard and the Château de Riquewihr, acquired in 1945 by René Dopff and the Veuve Irion. Here, every grape variety, every terroir, every Grand Cru is an ode to taste. Pinot Gris Grand Cru Sporen 2019 ? A firework of roasted pineapple, tarragon and blond tobacco. Bon crémant extra brut
Les bons vins sont chers mais c’est justifié par la qualité servie.
Dommage qu’il ne soit pas proposé des petits vins sylvaner, Edelzwicker à un prix abordable pour les petits budgets…pour notre part c’est cependant sans aucun regret, notamment du fait de l’accueil réservé, que nous avons fait notre commande.
