Great experience with Nao this evening. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and helped us understand the reasons for what we were tasting. This was all in a very relaxed, personal atmosphere with no pressure to buy.

Excellente dégustation, un grand merci au jeune homme qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer avec passion l'histoire de la famille, ainsi que les spécificités des différents vins et cépages. Il y a de nombreux endroits où nous aurions pu nous rendre pour nos achats et nous estimons avoir été chanceux d'avoir choisi la maison Dopff ou nous avons été extrêmement bien reçu. Encore merci pour votre accueil.

We've had a great time during our tour and tasting session with Alexis. He looks his time to explain the process to us and let us tastes a lot of different wines.
At the end we took home two great wines which will help us to remember this great experience!

We really enjoyed the wine tasting. We tried 5 different wines from Alsace for a really good price. Alexi, the person who assisted us, was very friendly and kind, and explained the characteristics of each wine to us. We recommend this experience.

Degustei 5 excelentes vinhos da Domaine Dropff aú Moulin. O Gerwurztraminer Grand Cru foi o melhor dos cinco. Quem conduziu a degustação foi o Nao, muito simpático e atencioso. Recomendo a visita na loja em Riquewihr na Alsacia, França.

Fantastische ervaring gehad van ervaren wijnkenners Joris & Daniel. Veel wijnen mogen proeven waarover zij veel wisten te vertellen. Leuke interactie en goed in hun Engels. Als wij weer in deze regio komen, gaan we absoluut terug! Aanrader!!

Expérience au top! Le vendeur a pris le temps de nous expliquer chaque vin, toute l’histoire du domaine et le temps d’un instant, il nous a fait voyager.

Quelle jolie expérience de goûter la gamme des vins d Alsace. La connaissance de Nao à donner une touche professionnelle et chaleureuse.

I have organized a group winetasting for a special occasion.
Upon arrival, we were "seated" within the shop area because apparently another room was occupied. While it was confirmed before that we could also be outside if the wheather was nice, they were very inflexible and we couldn't move to an outside area. I provided the information that we had 4 pregnant women/drivers with us about a month before the event. Upon arrival I was very much lectured that I have not specifically ordered any juice (even though I did via email) and that now they have to check if they can find any. After a while and some more requests, they were provided with one bottle of orange juice and some tab water. The food was also not applicable (soft cheese and meat) for them but no alternatives were provided (only bread). I confirmed that we were 10 Vegetarians and 5 non-vegetarians, but it was a standard platter with equally as much meat as cheese.
We could hardly all find a place to sit in the shop area and for the cheese/charcutiere platters, we were standing around eating from paper plates and cutlery. Considering this was an additional 225 Euro just for the food, I would have at least expected a table and some proper cutlery/plates.
All in all, it's a beautiful house and vineyard, nice wines and the food quality was good, the information provided was interesting but considering we emailed back and forth for about a month before the event, it was treated like a walk-in winetasting - definitely not worth the 420 Euros we paid and all the communication and information provided.
