In the heart of Riquewihr, the Zimmer family cultivates the art of wine... and that of the table! Since 1840, their house has been producing exceptional cuvées - Grands Crus, Vendanges Tardives, Sélection Grains Nobles - now orchestrated by Régine and her daughters Laura and Carole. In their 16th-century cellar, under a wattle-and-daub ceiling dedicated by their forebears, taste history... and the Riesling Schœnenbourg 2013 (gold medal). Looking for a bistro version of terroir?
