Created in 1978 by Jean Jacquin, it is now Jean-Michel (one of his sons) who is at the helm of this beautiful family estate of 7.6 ha (including 3.85 ha in 1er Crus and 4 ha in Chablis). Here, the wines are vinified then bottled at the domain in the purest tradition and in the perfect respect of the soils and the natural processes. To taste here Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre, Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons, as well as Chablis Vieilles Vignes, Petit Chablis and Chablis.

Domaine Jean Jacquin & Fils in Chablis is a true family jewel, spanning 7.6 hectares and decades of history. Committed to integrated vineyard management and mechanical tillage, they are an example of sustainable practices. Taken over in 2007 by one of Jean Jacquin's sons, Jean-Michel, the vineyard now proudly bottles its products. The range includes Petit Chablis, two Chablis (including VV), Vaillons and Montée de Tonnerre. These wines capture the essence of the sun, radiating a welcoming orange-yellow hue, ripe fruit aromas and a harmoniously generous palate. Matured in vats with rigorous grape selection, their wines are pure, concentrated and lean. Domaine Jean Jacquin & Fils is a must-visit, offering a diverse journey through Chablis and its illustrious heritage.
