Na aanleiding van de positieve recensies zin in ons bezoek. Helaas is deze tegen gevallen. De dame was bezig met andere bezoekers toen wij binnen kwamen. Dat was geen probleem voor ons. Alleen geen begroeting, maar een vluchtige blik. We kregen een velletje papier (zonder iets te zeggen of begroeting) met de wijnen erop en even later kwam ze vragen welke we wilde proeven. Geen uitleg, informatie moesten we echt op doorvragen. Geen enthousiasme. Na nog wat geproefd te hebben en wat wijn gekocht te hebben (toen kon er wel een lachje af bij de dame) snel de aftocht geblazen. We hebben ons helaas niet welkom gevoeld. Jammer want de wijnen zijn verrukkelijk. Daarom 2 sterren.

We came for the hour tour including tasting. Mister Sipp told us a lot about the winemaking process and his family business. During the wine tasting he took the time to learn us more about the different wines, how to taste it and how to pair the wines with food. Thanks for this lovely experience and we will think of the nice experience when we drink the Muscat back home!

Startade årets vinresa med ett besök hos Louis Sipp. Och vilken start det blev. En fantastisk mix av goda viner och kunnigt och hängivet bemötande. Så härligt och roligt. Rekommenderar att man bokar sitt besök.

I år var andra gången jag och min man besökte Louis Sipp. Mycket trevlig och lärorik vinprovning. Helt enkelt, den bästa vi varit på någonsin. Kan verkligen rekommendera ett bokat besök.

Bon vin et tour intéressant mais je ne recommanderais pas la dégustation, l'experience n'était pas très agréable (la personne en charge n'était vraiment pas sympathique)

Des vins superbes. Ici, on cultive le vrai sans poudre aux yeux. Étienne et Martine Sipp ont des convictions, qu’ils mettent en œuvre avec passion. Grands Crus, vins de terroirs, on découvre à travers eux la richesse incomparable des vins alsaciens. Nous sommes, comme beaucoup, devenus des fidèles avec un plaisir toujours renouvelé!
