Since 1835, the superb cellar of the Bott domain shelters oak barrels. The exploitation certified AB practises the enherbement and the manual grape harvests. 4 Grand Crus feed this qualitative work: the Kirchberg of Ribeauvillé, the Geisberg, the Osterberg and the Gloeckelberg. The Riesling Grand Cru Kirchberg, the Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Gloeckelberg, the Pinot Gris Vendanges Tardives and the Crémant d'Alsace Rosé are among the most successful wines of the house. Visits of the cellars from March to December at 2:30 pm every day.
