Domaine Baltenweck & Fils in Ribeauvillé: organic wines, bold cuvées, cosy gîte "Chez Noëlle" for 2 to 4 people.

Here, wine is boldly reinvented. In conversion to organic production since 2020, this estate is blossoming under the sign of the poppy, proudly displayed on its labels. Tribu 2020, a natural wine with an orange peel nose, shakes up the codes, while Inca 2021 blends gewurztraminer and sylvaner in an aromatic dance. Barrel-aged Pinot Noir, foot-stomping Riesling Grand Cru Osterberg... everything is vibrant. And to fully savour the experience? The 42m² gîte "Chez Noëlle" opens its doors to you.

Очень некрасиво получилось.
Пробовали одно вино, получили совершенно другое. Самое печальное, что брали для подарков и уже успели подарить. Никому не советую. Брали Gewürztraminer, Muskat, Pinot Noir.
Пробовали вино 2020-2021 годов.
Получили производство 2014-2017. Коробки были закрыты. Конечно проверять их никто не стал.
Для меня это выглядит как обман, мошенничество.

During our stay in Alsace, my partner and I visited this store in the middle of August 2022. We tasted and bought 4 bottles of its wines (2 Inca and 2 Pinot Noir barrique 2021). They were amazing when we tasted them, but, unfortunately, when we opened them here in Italy are completely impossible to drink. They seem to be turned into "vinegar". It is really strange since we also bought other wines, both red and white ones, in our Alsace tour that kept their taste and flavour. We preserved them in the same way. We are really disappointed since these wines were the ones we liked the most during our tasting tour and that is a pity we did not enjoy them.

En vacances à Ribeauvillé. Je recherchais un petit producteur de vin qui n'a pas un gros pignon sur rue mais un viticulteur authentique.
Et là. C'est le cas.
Reçu par la maman. Une dame charmante.
Qui nous explique que c'est son mari qui a commencé tout de zéro et que avant de partir il a eu le temps de transmettre son savoir à son fils. Travailler en accord avec la nature . Cela donne des vins très bon.
Un panel pour tout les goûts et au niveau prix très correcte.
Une chose est sûre c'est que je sais où je prendrais mon vin d alsace maintenant
