On 7 hectares, Thierry Schneider vinifies 7 grape varieties with his heart, his hands... and a lot of character. HVE-certified and now organic, he welcomes you to his old cellar, surrounded by oak tuns with stories to tell. To taste: a Riesling Réserve 2020 with its lively freshness and tangerine notes, or a Pinot Noir 2022 with generous blackcurrant and blackberry aromas. And in his new cellar on rue du 3 décembre: delicious crémants with fine bubbles.

A fantastic wine tasting with a wide selection of fine wines. Thierry Schneider was very friendly, took his time, and shared interesting facts about his wines and the region.

I have known the Schneider winery since the 1980s when I was a child. My father was a bus driver and would take trips from Angoulême to Germany and would always stop in Ribeauvillé and bring his passengers to buy wine on their way back to Angoulême. My parents have kept the fine wines from the Schneinder winery for many years and always claimed they produced the very best. The town is also gorgeous and its people absolutely charming. I strongly recommend you stop by for wine tasting. You will not be disappointed.

Que dire, si ce n'est un accueil parfait. Un vigneron qui fait du bio sans le dire. Des vins de qualité. Je ne peux que conseiller le crémant rosé, le pinot noir 2017 ses notes de fruits rouges sont très agréables ainsi que le pinot noir barrique 2017 . Jeune, tanins soutenus , il sera à point dans 2 ou 3 ans mais à ce moment, il n'y en aura plus.
