From the traditional room to the 50m2 suite for four, the choice is vast. For even more comfort, head across the street to the spa at the Hôtel des 7 Fontaines (same owner). On the restaurant side, a superb brasserie organized around a covered patio offers cleverly revisited Burgundian cuisine, while a cosy pub invites you to extend your evenings.

Marion, la responsable commerciale, a été super gentille avec nous depuis le début. Elle a été très arrangeante avec nos exigences et nous a même préparé une surprise dans la chambre : du vin blanc, des gâteaux, des cadeaux et des pétales de rose sur le lit ! Nous étions aux anges. En plus de cela, les chambres sont hyper confortables, le petit déjeuner est génial et toute l’équipe est très sympathique. Nous recommandons le rempart !

Wegen Übermüdung haben wir uns ein Hotel an der Strecke von Spanien nach Deutschland gesucht und das Le Rempart gefunden.
Das war ein wirklicher Glückstreffer!
Obwohl es bereits mitten in der Nacht war, könnten wir das Zimmer online für die selbe Nacht noch buchen.
Als wir um 2 Uhr ankamen, wurden wir freundlichst begrüßt und willkommen geheißen.
Nach dem einfachen Check-in sind wir gleich aufs Zimmer und staunten nicht schlecht über das Interieur.
Der Eingangsbereich zum Zimmer war großzügig gestaltet, das Bad glich einer Wohlfühloase und der Schlafbereich war wunderschön.
Das Bett war wirklich angenehm, die Dusche am Morgen eine absolute Wohltat und die Ruhe sehr erholsam.
Auch wenn das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt, habe ich im Zimmer gar nichts davon gehört.
Auf dem Weg zum Check-out sind wir extrem freundlichem Personal begegnet und wurden von der Rezeptionistin zum morgendlichen Kaffee eingeladen worden.
Auf dem Weg in das Frühstücksrestaurant konnte man über eine kleine, im Haus liegende Brücke gehen und dabei auf eine romantische kleine Straße blicken.
Das Frühstücksrestaurant ist in einem Nebentrakt des Hotels und war beeindruckend mit Säulen und einem riesigen Atrium gestaltet.
Auf dem Weg zur Kaffeemaschine habe ich meine Entscheidung, kein Frühstück zu buchen, bereits bereut.
Das extrem reichhaltige Buffet mit diversen regionalen Spezialitäten wie zum Beispiel Wurst, Käse und verschiedenen Broten wurde mit einer eindrucksvoll präsentierten Honigwabe abgerundet.
Dieses Hotel hat meine Erwartungen massiv übertroffen und verdient 8 von 5 Sternen.

This hotel is highly recommended.
Due to exhaustion, we looked for a hotel on the route from Spain to Germany and found Le Rempart.
That was a real stroke of luck!
Even though it was already the middle of the night, we were able to book the room online for that same night.
When we arrived at 2 a.m., we received a friendly welcome.
After a simple check-in, we went straight to our room and were amazed by the interior.
The entrance area to the room was spacious, the bathroom was like an oasis of well-being, and the sleeping area was beautiful.
The bed was really comfortable, the shower in the morning was an absolute treat, and the peace and quiet was very restful.
Even though the hotel is located on a busy road, I didn't hear any of it in the room.
On the way to check-out, we met extremely friendly staff and were invited by the receptionist for morning coffee.
On the way to the breakfast restaurant, you could cross a small bridge within the building and look out onto a romantic little street.
The breakfast restaurant is located in an adjoining wing of the hotel and was impressively designed with columns and a huge atrium.
On my way to the coffee machine, I was already regretting my decision not to book breakfast.
The extremely extensive buffet with various regional specialties such as sausages, cheeses, and various breads was rounded off with an impressively presented honeycomb.
This hotel massively exceeded my expectations and deserves 8 out of 5 stars.
