Quentin Lemarchand has just rebuilt his restaurant with a panoramic dining room opening onto the Canal du Centre. The building, built to bioclimatic standards, is optimized for comfort, with a direct view of the new kitchen. In summer, the windows disappear to make way for balconies that extend the room. Quentin's cuisine is as creative and inspired as ever, from starters to desserts, and prepared with local, seasonal produce. The 5-course tasting menu will satisfy even the most demanding palates.
