Pascal Morel - 4th generation winegrower - will give you, with his wife, a warm welcome in their Saint-Amour vatting house! In this vineyard that he took over from his father and that his son, Kevin, will take over in his turn, you will make a real tasting stop. Here, a very fruity wine will be served to you, because planted 70 years ago on a clay and siliceous soil - uncommon in Saint-Amour -, the vine develops a particular character, accentuated by an old-fashioned vinification. Thus, the Saint-Amour produced here in sustainable agriculture, will give its best expression when served at 14°C or 15°C. It will go very well with creamy chicken or roast veal, or as an aperitif, it can be served with mild cold meats such as ham or terrines. It is also a wine that you can keep.
