This auberge stands out in the Burgundy landscape. We are far from the established codes in terms of decoration, culinary style and menu choices... First, the setting, like a cabinet of curiosities. Then there's the table, where chef Cyril Laugier breaks away from established codes to offer inspired, offbeat dishes, skilfully presented and featuring just the right amount of spices. Menu unique où l'on voyage à travers les créations culinaires du chefs et l'utilisation subtile des épices du monde. Epice d'Hanoi, Curry des Indes, gingembre d'Asie , vanille de Madagascar le tout avec des produits frais et des associations de saveurs qui feront le plaisir de vos papilles!
Excellent accueil et service, ainsi qu'une très belle cave.
