Visit of the Vitteaut Alberti House to follow the whole process of making crémant with wine tasting.
Vitteaut-Alberti, a crémant specialist since 1951, doesn't do things by halves when it comes to introducing visitors to its world. Its wine tours and tastings are truly legion. The must-do remains the commented tasting of four "classic cuvées", to train the palate on bubbles and perceive differences, both frank and subtle. Learning includes a summary of the history of the house, and can be made even more complete with a visit to the cellar and up to six tastings of classic and special cuvées, with the option of delicious gougères and the "Dans la peau d'un caviste" workshop (to understand the blending of different wines and finish with a typical crémant). If you're feeling hungry, don't hesitate to opt for a picnic in the vineyards. From April onwards, when the buds start to open and the work in the rows begins again, this little moment between nature, agriculture and old stones can be synonymous with great pleasure. When the cold weather sets in, from October to May, return to the estate to try out different food and wine pairings. Occasional sessions are organized to test the subtle combination of bubbles with chocolates or spices, for example, or even blind tastings. Finally, after a busy day's sightseeing, the domaine invites you to indulge in a few "afterwork" evenings, from June to August. A delicious way to unwind, with a glass of wine and a piece of charcuterie in hand.

Low season: open Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. High season: Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6:30pm; Saturday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. Tasting of 4 crémants at €10/person, Monday to Saturday. Immersion" tour, 1h45 and 6 tastings, €25/person. In French and English (booking essential). Guided tour. Store.

vitteaut Alberti, a family estate for three generations, has been making Crémant de Bourgogne in the traditional way since 1951.Our cellars are located in the heart of the Burgundy vineyards, in Rully, a small, picturesque village typical of the Côte Chalonnaise, the cradle of sparkling wines.
Our 22 hectares dedicated to Crémant are spread over a diversified terroir, located in the best climates of the Côte Chalonnaise and the Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune. We elaborate quality blends, thanks to the most noble Burgundian grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Aligoté.In the respect of the tradition, we vinify each year about 500 000 bottles, while benefiting from the best equipment.
We propose various vintages: white, white, special vintage, rosé, white of blacks... Fine bubbles and freshness are the key words of the Vitteaut-Alberti house!

A must for Burgundy wine tourism, Maison Vitteaut-Alberti is located in the heart of the Burgundy vineyards, in Rully, 20 km from Beaune.
