Some forty kilometers from the capital is the historic factory, created in 1970, where the famous Eau Vive is bottled, drawn directly from the Andranovelona mountain spring, a guarantee of purity and freshness renowned in Madagascar. The visit lasts around an hour and requires appropriate clothing (pants and closed shoes) despite the heat. Further information is available on the official STAR Madagascar website.
