Eric Lamanna has lived several professional lives before returning to his first love in 2017, at the age of 50. After training with some of the best, he finally opened his own pizzeria, where his wife Sarah joined him. The couple's pizzas are made with Italian flour dough, which is left to rest for up to 96 hours for a lighter texture. All ingredients are selected with great care, including charcuterie sliced each morning. The beautiful menu evolves with ephemeral pizzas every month, to be enjoyed in the dining room, on the terrace or to take away. A true delight.
