The small town of Kusatsu Onsen, nestled in the mountains, is located about 200km north of the capital. This natural oasis offers a relaxing experience for visitors. The Kusatsu Hot Spring is considered one of the top three hot springs in the archipelago and the city also boasts the largest volume of running water of any hot spring in the country.
