Housed in a former 15th-century watermill, the Tour du Moulin museum in Marcigny, classified as a historic monument since 1909, offers a fascinating insight into the Brionnais-Charolais heritage. Recently reinvented on the theme "Dialogue of the senses, dialogue of materials", the museum presents a permanent exhibition rich in mineralogy, archaeology, arts and traditions. Excellente Cuisine Inventive - Délicieux - Présentation de plats raffinée - Produits frais - Menus 28 et 30 euro avec fromage et dessert - Surprenant dans un petit village un peu à l'écart - Dommage que la salle de restaurant soit "tristouille" - Décoration ratée
Reste que les mets sont un enchantement de saveurs
