Since 1994, Mâcon Centre de Gros Pêche has developed tourism in Val de Saône through fishing, exploiting in particular the richness of the Saône: the wells, which was introduced in the 1970 s. This association offers wells fishing trips over the Saône with a professional guide from mid-May to mid-October. Take a boat ride from Mâcon Marina. On a fully equipped boat, you discover the different fishing techniques with a specialist and the best corners of this river, which became mythical thanks to its record silures. Record to beat: Guy Brocade, a fishing guide for Mâcon Centre de Pêche au Gros, which pêcha in 1996 a wells of 2,30 meters for 73 kg!
