Masterfully redecorated in a variety of styles, including art deco, the Maison des Vins is a must-visit address in Mâcon, founded in 1958 by passionate winegrowers. Tables, more or less shared to increase conviviality, and a cuisine of Burgundian and Lyonnais dishes are the signature of the place. When it comes to wines, the finest appellations from Mâcon, Beaujolais and the Côte Chalonnaise can be discovered at table and in the completely refurbished boutique.

Open daily from 11:30am to 10pm. Continuous service 7 days a week (cold service only from 2:30pm to 7pm). Menus from €25 to €37.50. Lunch menu: €14.50 (served at lunchtime on weekdays). Sauf que le personnel en cuisine ne semble pas à la hauteur de la tâche.
Coquilles dans les oeufs meurette, jarreton de porc acompagnété de haricots secs mal cuits et craquants sous la dent et l'apothéose un baba au rhum maison sans crème pour l'accompagner sauf une chantilly insipide.
Bref nous sommes déçus de se retour dans cet endroit pourtant sympathique.
Rien à dire de l'accueil et du personnel de salle.Tout l'inverse pour la cuisine.
