Restaurant in Macon preparing a refined cuisine of fish, sea and river products
On the banks of the Saône, at the marina, Le Poisson d'Or is one of Mâcon's chic addresses. The setting is enchanting and the cuisine refined. With its large windows overlooking the river, the restaurant is luminous, and the late afternoon sunset makes it an ideal place for romantic meals. Le Poisson d'Or focuses on fish, seafood and river produce. On the menu: oysters, salmon, pike-perch, frogs, sea bass, langoustines... On the menu: Foie gras and hazelnut shortbread, beet jelly and espuma, onion confit raviole with raspberry vinegar by Jean Marc Montegottéro; Corrèze veal fillet cooked at low temperature, porcini mushrooms and parsnip mousseline, bone juice & parsley garlic butter... That's what I'm talking about!
