The Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne is three sites dedicated to the discovery of a thousand-year-old vineyard and the specificities of this historic cultural heritage, unique in the world. We now know the opening dates of the three sites, staggered over the spring of 2023: Wednesday, May 3 in Mâcon, Wednesday, May 17 in Chablis and Saturday, June 17 in Beaune.
