Completely built from scratch, Salwa is a new resort and recreation complex located on the border with Saudi Arabia, at the end of the highway that leads there southwest from Doha. It's about an hour's drive to get there. Salwa is actually the border town on the Saudi side. In Qatar, we will be content to enjoy this new place which has a real beautiful artificial beach created with white and fine sand. The Hilton hotel which is deployed here has, in addition to this new beach therefore, soon equipped with a marina, a large pool, a spa and restaurants. An aquatic theme park has also opened here.
