Restaurant offering a bistronomic cuisine inspired by traditional bases and seductive formulas

Mélodie Daugy created her restaurant in her hometown after working with top chefs. L'Entracte is located at the foot of the L'Arc concert hall. Mélodie's cuisine is bistronomic, inspired by traditional roots. The charcuterie, a rare treat, is concocted by the team's own butcher. At mealtimes, the menus are tempting. Outside, generous platters accompany beers, wines and other beverages. Industrial decor inside, and a terrace near the fountains in fine weather.

super lieux bistronomique, au top des l'arrivée avec un lieu rénové et accueillant, les petits sièges pour l'apéritif ????, le service souriant et efficace la cheffe en cuisine au top dans ses réalisations je peux que recommander ce lieux qui fait du bon aller pour les papilles.
