Pierre Mety, a Strasbourg-born pork butcher who has fallen in love with the town, is at the helm of this charming bistro with its modern decor. The homemade dishes are typical of traditional Burgundian cuisine, and the daily menu is the fruit of the chef's market finds. Service is friendly, and the terrace at the foot of a Montmartre-style staircase is very pleasant.

Petit restaurant familial.
Carte avec un seul menu autre que le menu du jour et des plats du jour qui peuvent sembler basique.
Néanmoins chaque plat est sublimé à un très haut niveau.
Un plaisir de venir y manger.
PS : pensez à réserver si vous souhaitez y manger.
