Founded in 2022 by Cyril Hervieux, this micro-bakery offers an eco-responsible approach to artisan baking. Recently awarded the Éco-défis mention Or label by Métropole Rouen Normandie, Cyril favors short supply chains. His waste management is exemplary: thanks to his "Crumbler", he transforms unsold products into breadcrumbs for cookies and cookies! This atypical bakery operates on an original model: a single batch per week, to order, to be collected on Saturday mornings from the back of the pavilion.
