La Cave du Caboulot is a nod to the Chagny restaurant Le Caboulot, run by Lauriane Lava's parents. The young woman worked there for many years, developing a passion for wine alongside her training in Beaune. It was therefore a logical step for her to open her own cellar in the spring of 2022. It offers a selection of local and French wines, as well as spirits, beers, fruit juices and artisanal lemonades. The premises also feature a wine bar area, where Lauriane regularly organizes themed evenings.
