This skilled pastry chef is the creator of a number of original sweets, including surprising macaroons with... munster cheese and Siaskass (Alsatian fresh cheese) sorbet! Willy Fritsch also offers Streusel brioches, tarts and other delicious cakes. As the seasons and festivities change, there are also bredalas, Yule logs, galettes des rois and beignets for Carnival. En visite sur Munster, nous avons eu raison de nous arrêter dans cette patisserie. Nous avons découvert la trilogie de macarons au munster et d'autres gourmandises locales. Personnel très accueillant et qui a pris le temps de nous renseigner.

Very nice Patisserie / Cafe. We made a short stop on the way and were surprised by the big choice and the very good quality! We even bought some more sweets to bring back home... Very friendly and attentive service! When you are nearby you need to stop there!

On est venu en petit groupe d'étudiant pour visiter Munster, malheureusement il pleuvait. Alors on a trouvé ce salon de thé !
L'accueil était nickel, le chocolat chaud et le croissant au chocolat excellents ! Nos formateurs qui nous accompagnaient ont adoré la Forêt Noire !
La déco est charmante !
