It is a little the madeleine of Proust of Munstériens of all ages! All the city comes to sit at table there with various opportunities, in particular saturdays which see the market being spread just opposite its terrace. In any case, here is a good address to fill your small hungers constantly day. You will have the embarrassment of the choice between salted pleasures (pie of Munster, flammekueches, croque monsieur...) and sweetened with a vast range of more succulent pastries all ones than the others. The atmosphere is cordial in a simple decor and of good taste. Admittedly, it is often crammed but waiting is worth the blow: the products are of top quality and the prices remain reasonable.

We love spending time in this artisanal bakery where we can have breakfast with pure butter AOP brioches. At lunchtime, L'Enfariné offers sandwiches, quiches and good bagels. As a snack, you can go for a lemon cream or a Linzertorte. And then there are a host of tasty breads made with natural leaven and organic flours: cereal bread, pumpkin seed bread, carrot and cumin bread, müesli, mushroom and sesame bread... They come out of the oven hot all day long, a real delight!

Nicolas Reinbold is a baker in search of authenticity. He only works with flours from ancient, non-hybridized wheat grown in permaculture and polyculture. He obtains his supplies from Les Maîtres de Mon Moulin (Roland Feuillas) in collaboration with Moulin Foricher. Nicolas pays particular attention to the traditional French baguette. He's also a whiz at travel cakes, which means he's a whiz at viennoiseries. Each one is more gourmet than the last, with classics competing with ephemeral creations.
