As a finalist in the Best Cellarman of France 2022 competition, Maxime masters his subject well when he advises his customers on wine, beer or whisky. At Hopla Vins, he offers more than 300 references in spirits and 400 in wines, including many organic and biodynamic wines. Maxime also organizes tasting evenings (available upon reservation) around various themes, always accompanied by cold cuts and cheeses... You can even privatize the place for private tasting evenings. We love it!

We love spending time in this artisanal bakery where we can have breakfast with pure butter AOP brioches. At lunchtime, L'Enfariné offers sandwiches, quiches and good bagels. As a snack, you can go for a lemon cream or a Linzertorte. And then there are a host of tasty breads made with natural leaven and organic flours: cereal bread, pumpkin seed bread, carrot and cumin bread, müesli, mushroom and sesame bread... They come out of the oven hot all day long, a real delight!

Nicolas Reinbold is a baker in search of authenticity. He only works with flours from ancient, non-hybridized wheat grown in permaculture and polyculture. He obtains his supplies from Les Maîtres de Mon Moulin (Roland Feuillas) in collaboration with Moulin Foricher. Nicolas pays particular attention to the traditional French baguette. He's also a whiz at travel cakes, which means he's a whiz at viennoiseries. Each one is more gourmet than the last, with classics competing with ephemeral creations.
