After leaving I 84 at Troutdale, the Historic Columbia River Scenic Highway transpires to Columbia River at Corbett. From there, the road runs along the south shore of the river, where many rivers fall in thick fog (77 waterfalls on the Oregon side) from the top of the basalt cliffs.
