Closed Mondays, Wednesday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays. Open non-stop Saturday from 8am to 7pm. New daily specials from 8€ to 15€.
Owner's Message
A fine epicurean, generous and demanding by nature, I put all my art at the service of quality and taste. As a convinced eco-responsible artisan butcher, I prefer to work with local partners, preferably with an organic approach, with a fair sharing of the financial rewards. I only work with producers who are committed to treating the animals well and who are themselves committed to an ethical approach towards them. My great grandfather, a travelling butcher after the war, passed on his passion and his convictions to me.
I am pleased to share them with you today.

À ce niveau là c'est d'utilité publique !
Je goûter la saucisse de viande très bonne le lard excellent les boudin c est pour ce soir déjà je peux dire qu ils frais ils sentent très bon les escargots de viande sont bien grillé juste à faire court bouillon de volaille 15 20 m pour demain midi????????????
