Orion Perraudin works in short circuits, enabling him to diversify costs and always be at the top of quality. His reputation is growing all over South Alsace. We heartily recommend the capons at the end of the year, and the dishes of the day, which are always delicious!

Closed Mondays, Wednesday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays. Open non-stop Saturday from 8am to 7pm. New daily specials from 8€ to 15€.
Owner's Message
A fine epicurean, generous and demanding by nature, I put all my art at the service of quality and taste. As a convinced eco-responsible artisan butcher, I prefer to work with local partners, preferably with an organic approach, with a fair sharing of the financial rewards. I only work with producers who are committed to treating the animals well and who are themselves committed to an ethical approach towards them. My great grandfather, a travelling butcher after the war, passed on his passion and his convictions to me.
I am pleased to share them with you today.
