Welcome, then, to Saphir Nations, a beautiful hallal butcher's shop located on the former site of Tempé, in a bright open space, and run by the very friendly Lahouari and Benabdellah. You'll find a wide selection of hallal-certified meats, including veal, lamb, rabbit, poultry and beef, as well as oriental specialties such as merguez and chipos. This local butcher's shop goes even further, offering not only quality products at very attractive prices, but also impeccable and truly professional service. It's not enough to sell good beef to make... a beef! Butcherie Saphir also offers a range of very tasty spices: nigella, granulated garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, ground cinnamon, coriander and more. We absolutely adore this butcher's shop, which has no shortage of spice! In short, no more Tempé, but more tempé (rament) instead... that's the explanation for Saphir Nations' success!
