Claude Helfter is what you might call a "passionate craftsman"! For over 25 years, he's been delighting the South of Alsace with his chocolates, marzipan, pastries and delicacies, and of course his famous Italian Panettone, which is talked about as far away as Paris. What's less well known is that he's also been the son of a baker for 6 generations! And since last June, there's been bread at Helfter. Of course, this bread is a marvel. Don't come too late in the day, there won't be enough for everyone!

Bonne pâtisserie. Toutefois les beignets, qui sont très bons par ailleurs, mériteraient une garniture digne de ce nom. Ceux que j'ai acheté n'avaient que l'ombre de la garniture promise, dommage.

Ma femme achète un kougelouf le 3fevrier2023.quand elle rentre à la maison,je constate qu'il est cuit à Point (trop cuit).le lendemain matin,ont le goutte,trop cuit,trop dur, noyé par du sucre semoule !!!et le goût ??bof...plus jamais...... à éviter absolument...!!!! Éric et Cathy pastuszka
