At By Riclin, it all starts with a crusty traditional baguette and a pure butter croissant. Patrick, a passionate master baker, has been delighting gourmets since the 1970s. He began by delivering his bread directly to the towers of the ZUP, before opening his first bakery on rue Wilson in Mulhouse in 1984. Today, his bakeries, renamed By Riclin, are institutions in South Alsace. Patrick has turned his bakeries into real places of pleasure, offering quality products and a close relationship with customers.

La galette des rois est à tomber, tellement bien garnie en frangipane! . D'habitude je la fais moi même car toujours déçue mais là, je vais retourner en acheter une !
