At By Riclin, it all starts with a crusty traditional baguette and a pure butter croissant. Patrick, a passionate master baker, has been delighting gourmets since the 1970s. He began by delivering his bread directly to the towers of the ZUP, before opening his first bakery on rue Wilson in Mulhouse in 1984. Today, his bakeries, renamed By Riclin, are institutions in South Alsace. Patrick has turned his bakeries into real places of pleasure, offering quality products and a close relationship with customers.

Cependant la semaine dernière, le mardi 11 Mars 2025 je suis venue vers 12h30, comme presque tout les jours.
L'employer Chloé (si je ne me trompe pas) celle qui travaillez d'après midi, m'a servie, je lui ai demander un bain burger qu'elle m'a fait FACTURER 4e50 sans viande, sans salade, le pain seul!!!! Sur le moment je n'ai pas fait attention, au tarif, dans l'après midi, je suis revenue pour lui redemander a combien était le pain brioché seul ? elle m'a répondu d'un ton sec et froidement : 4e50, je lui indique qu'il a surement une erreur de prix elle rajoute : ce sont les prix c'est comme ca ..
Je tiens a rajouter que cette employés ce n'ai pas la première fois qu'elle parle d'une manière très hautaine..
Ce matin, je suis a nouveau repartie a la boulangerie, je suis tomber sur les filles du matin, très accueillante et bienveillante, donc j'ai expliquer le soucis, elle m'on offert du coup les trois petits beignets, MERCI A ELLE !
MA NOTATION EST FIXER EN FONCTION DE MARDI 11 MARS !
Emplacement idéal, accueil plutôt correct.
