At By Riclin, it all starts with a crusty traditional baguette and a pure butter croissant. Patrick, a passionate master baker, has been delighting gourmets since the 1970s. He began by delivering his bread directly to the towers of the ZUP, before opening his first bakery on rue Wilson in Mulhouse in 1984. Today, his bakeries, renamed By Riclin, are institutions in South Alsace. Patrick has turned his bakeries into real places of pleasure, offering quality products and a close relationship with customers.

Pains et viennoiseries très bonnes.
Service catastrophique....la vendeuse nous a servi au bout de 3 minutes d'attente. Elle était certe occupé en arrière boutique mais nous entendait attendre ( 3 clients en tout qui s'impatientent...)
Et quand elle nous sert ni bonjour ni sourire...."oui vous désirez?" Tout en tournant le dos....pas un regard pas de politesse.....très antipathique.....dommage car la qualité de ce qui est vendu est vraiment top.
Elle paraissait beaucoup trop pressé de fermer la boutique
Mr Riclin vu le nombre d'avis relatant toujours la même vendeuse.....il serait bon d'arrêter de la relancer mais clairement demander un changement de comportement. Cette boulangerie perd des clients
uniquement a cause de comportement inapproprié
