Looking for handmade silver jewelry in very limited series at a reasonable price? Visit L'Atelier de Galadrielle, where Martine Vernay makes rings, bracelets, necklaces, brooches and large, airy pieces. With her husband Patrick, now retired, she opened this store in 1994, after ten years in another village. There's no casting here, but rather the use of bocfil, a tool for working metal in wire, tube or plate form. The result is some magnificent pieces, imagined by the couple or made to measure.
