The 150 goats at La Trufière goat farm are happy, in the green pastures of the Mâcon countryside. The goat farm was created in 2000, the cheese factory was built between 2000 and 2001 and the shop opened in 2005. It offers a range of 11 local cheeses made from raw goat's milk, to be eaten semi-dry, fresh or matured. All the cheeses are produced directly on the spot and come from the milking of alpine goats fed with hay and cereals without GMO and the management of the farm respects the ecological gestures.
