Protected area called Salto Grande, with some infrastructures to welcome visitors to Candelaria

"Salto Grande" is the name given to this protected area, "zona de uso turístico recreativo", which has some infrastructures to welcome visitors. Due to the difference in altitude, the waters of the Candelaria River become tumultuous here and the place is rocked by their waves. The many small waterfalls and cascades invite you to dive in or to have a back and shoulder massage. But you can also refresh yourself more quietly in the many water wells. A nice little bucolic break in perspective.
