We only stayed for one night during our trip through Mexico, but I would have loved to stay in this hotel longer. The service is amazing and the people are super friendly. Drinks (some soft drinks and water) are available and included free of charge.
The rooms are very spacious with a hammock in the room. Beds are comfortable. The shower is outside, super clean and protected to make sure no animals can come in.
Breakfast was good. More than enough food available as a buffet, including tea and coffee. They also have a warm meal menu which you can order, such as eggs and pancakes.
Location is in the middle of Valladolid, and only a short walk to the main square. Perfect.
We would definitely recommend this hotel!
