L'Ambroisie is a well-known Chalonnais patisserie, created in 1997 by Alain Le Bourdoulous, after several years working in prestigious restaurants. L'Ambroisie also doubles as a tea room, a refined setting with luxuriously molded ceilings, warm hues and comfortable armchairs, immersing gourmets in a cosy Belle Epoque cocoon. An ideal spot, between the city center and the train station, for savoring entremets, chocolates and macaroons. To share his passion, the owner also offers pastry classes.
